Minami Wang

Minami Wang is originally from Japan and speaks Japanese and English. She came to Halifax, Nova Scotia as an international student and graduated from Saint Mary’s University. She also volunteered at Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia and developed a strong interest in the stories and lives of others from different backgrounds across the globe.

As an immigrant herself, she understands difficulties and struggles that people from other countries face in acculturating to a new country and culture. She looks forward to helping others navigate these challenges while being a good inter-cultural communicator.
