Eva Osorio is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. She is also a Commissioner of Oaths in and for the Province of Nova Scotia, an active member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) and a member of the Advisory Committee of the Faculty of Law, Queen’s University for the Citizenship and Immigration Law Diploma program.

Eva has been practicing Canadian immigration law over the last 20 years. She settled in Canada as an immigrant in 2000 and started working with refugees and immigrants shortly after arrival. She was the Executive Director of the Halifax Refugee Clinic for many years and an Executive Member of the Canadian Council for Refugees.

Eva’s areas of specialization are temporary resident visas (study, work, visitor), family sponsorships, citizenship, and permanent resident applications through the Express Entry categories and the Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Programs such as Skilled Worker Stream and the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program. Eva is also the preferred consultant for the Nova Scotia International Student Program and provides immigration advice to the program.

Eva is fluently bilingual in English and Spanish and knows Portuguese, Italian and French. She represents clients from all over the world.
