Elizabeth Herrera Martinez

Elizabeth Herrera Martinez is originally from Cuba and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She moved to Nova Scotia as a skilled worker a few years ago.
Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Martha Abreu Central University of Las Villas. In Cuba, she gained valuable experience in problem solving, high-pressure, customer-facing roles as an IT Specialist and an American Airlines International Agent. After immigrating to Canada, she worked as a Trade Show Coordinator and Customer Liaison, successfully adapting her skills to the Canadian work environment.
Since joining Global Proficio Inc. in September 2023, Elizabeth has demonstrated strong administrative and organizational skills while providing exceptional service to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is passionate about fostering cross cultural understanding, empowering clients, and supporting fellow immigrants as they build new lives in Canada.
