CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

This Consultation Agreement is made this , between Global Proficio Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the province of Nova Scotia, Canada (“Global”), represented by Sandra Tellez, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Membership Number R509638 and (the “Client”), for the purpose of reviewing .

The Client is obliged to pay a fee of $150. Payment may be made through e-transfer, wire transfer, money order or PayPal prior to commencing the consultation.

The Client agrees that once the client has agreed to the terms of this consultation agreement and/or the service agreement has been signed, the fee has been paid and the consultation has been scheduled, there is no refund.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Nova Scotia, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts by any one of the parties with the same effect as if the parties hereto had signed the same document and each of such counterparts shall be deemed to be an original, shall be construed together and shall, when taken together, constitute one and the same agreement.

Sandra Tellez is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the “CICC”), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Conduct, and Regulations.
